A tower in Southern Utorion that is home to an immensely powerful Necromancer, widely regarded as the most evil creature in all of the world. It's very existence an insult to all that is holy. It's walls built entirely out of bone and sinuous connective tissues, a constant torrent of blood cascading to the soil below. One can make out bone chilling screams and a constant heartbeat when in the Spire's vicinity.
